Meet the Team

Pastor

Zac is married to Elizabeth and they have four children. He first joined this church in 1986, worked in the Sunday School and later became an elder before being asked to take on the role of being a pastor in 2004. For 35 years Zac has worked as a Civil Servant; Liz has supported the family and the church in many ways in various ministries. Currently they are also supporting a church plant in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.

Zac and Liz are very keen to see people's lives transformed by the Gospel message. They are committed to discipleship and to see the work of the Holy Spirit grow and impact people.

Elder

Mark is a company director and former barrister. He has been happily married to his wife Alison for over 40 years and they have three sons and eight grandchildren.

He became a Christian at university. In his spare time, he loves to go mountain biking.

Deacon

Alex joined this church as a teenager where he first believed in Jesus Christ. At this point in his life, he believed that “sport was his life”. However, a knee injury prevented him from playing sport and shortly after joining the church, he prayed to Jesus Christ, and He healed his knee condition. Alex later trained to be a physiotherapist and then returned to CotLG where he met his wife, Verity. They now have three wonderful daughters.

In his role as a deacon, Alex desires to help and serve the church and its purposes.

Deacon

Matt has lived locally for most of his life. He’s married to Gemma, and works as the Editor at an aviation magazine. Away from work, interests include photography, football, cooking, Nordic walking, and writing.

Having made a firm commitment to Jesus in his mid-teens, Matt is ever amazed at how God is faithful to transform us from the inside out as we walk with Him.

Deacon

Sean and his wife Anju joined this church in 2013. They have four children. In his role as a deacon, he also leads CotLG on the Streets evangelistic outreach, which has seen many healings, salvations and various divine encounters over the years. Sean holds a senior position in business development.

Sean’s heart is to see peoples’ lives transformed by Jesus Christ and to see discipleship grow in the church. He has a passion for singing, and well as being one of the worship leaders, he also runs a singing telegram service as a business.

Deacon

Tom joined this church in 1998 and has served in various capacities. He held roles in the financial services industry for twenty years in the UK and overseas and currently works for a Christian organisation. He enjoys time with friends and family, loves to meet new people and enjoys exploring new places with his wife Christabel and their four children.

Tom is passionate about the benefits experienced by everyone who believes God’s report about Jesus Christ.

Deacon

Naveen first visited the church in 2010 while on a work trip. He came to faith in Christ while studying at university in India. Naveen is passionate about God’s word and in witnessing its power to transform lives. He works in the software industry. Naveen is married to Anne, and together they have two children. In his free time, he enjoys playing cricket with his family.
